Hey, Bookworms! Yup, I’m still OBSESSED with The Ending Series….. and I’m still raving about it with fanart and pictures and book reviews! 🙂

So the best friends found each other…. everything’s great now right?! Think again! This book is a little different, adding Mase to the POV as well as Dani and Zoe, yay new characters! I love this guy, He’s aMAZE-ing! hehe

“The Virus changed them, but that was only the beginning…
…all that remains is hope.” *Amazon*

Wow, right? So I didn’t give too much away before because that’s one of the many things I love about this series, so many ups, downs, twists and turns it’s incredible! But very well written so you don’t lose the plot, so to speak. So much has changed in the world and I went on about the romance and friendship in the first book review for book one – After the Ending, but believe me, there is so much more to this story, journey even, for all these great characters. With them developing abilities and also family secrets lurking around you just can’t read fast enough.

The tension throughout this book is nail biting!

“No! No! This can’t be happening!” Zoe

But these two can get through anything, can’t they…. OMG! With their abilities developing and secrets emerging and relationships building you can’t get enough. I was on the edge of my seat with my heart pounding through my chest with emotions the whole time… you don’t know who to trust and who to believe!

I feel you get to know some important details throughout this book regarding Zoe and Jasons past so take it all in guys! you’ll be left breathless!

Dani and Jason’s relationship just gets better and better. What they go through just makes them stronger, building their passion to boiling point only to have it taken away which makes for blurry, puffy, red, eyes and heartbreaking reunions breathtaking and sometimes unbearable! oh, feeling tight chested just thinking about it.

Believe me, when I say, you will fall in love with these guys and what they accomplish is just truly crazy and unpredictable. Without telling you too much I’m just trying to let you know just how AMAZING this series is, not wanting to give too much away.

Some fab quotes:

“As he spoke, a fog seeped into my brain, coating my senses and thoughts, dulling them…. numbing them.” Dani

“Jake’s mind was a cesspool of draining emotion’s – his anger and confusion twisting with concern and despondency.” Zoe

“His kiss deepened, excitement and contentment rushing through me like coalescing rivers, and I wanted to drown in them.” Zoe & Jake

“My entire being ached for him – a dull, incessant pain centred in my chest that throbbed with each breath. I felt wrong… incomplete.” Dani

“So,  nobody’s touched you? Nobody’s hurt you?” His voice was filled with barely controlled rage” Jason

“C’mon! Pick up your feet, Giant, or we’ll miss it all”. Maze scowled, but inside he was smiling. ‘Giant’ was Camille’s nickname for him, and he loved it.” Camille & Maze

Well, booklover’s there you have the second book review to this beautifully written and stunning story. I hope I’ve inspired you to pick this up because you won’t regret it, I assure you.

Happy reading, and look out for book three review – Out if the Ashes coming soon.
